ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Coordinator will execute multiple defined projects and assignments efficiently within the Engineering department, reporting to the Capital Project Management Leader. This role supports the Project Manager across all project phases — including estimates, bidding, and safety — while overseeing project execution in alignment with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards, including cGMP and quality guidelines, and maintain sanitation and safety procedures throughout project execution.
  • Problem Solving: Identify technical problems and support the development of solutions.
  • cGMP Oversight: Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety, reporting quality issues appropriately.
  • Design Support: Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
  • Estimating & Bidding: Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
  • Contractor Oversight: Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
  • Work Conditions: Perform role duties involving a mix of sitting, walking, and bending, with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs, and maintain a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSRequired
  • Associate degree in Engineering or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Foreman or in a similar role.
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training upon hire, including Code of Conduct and Security Training.
Preferred
  • Willingness to complete expected training, including EHS, GMP, Induction, and LOTO.
  • Willingness to complete optional training, including GMP Foundations, Risk Management, CAPA, and Change Control.

  • Coordination of multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
