TITLE: CLERK I - ATTENDANCE
CONTRACT TERMS: 11-Month (7 hrs/day)
SALARY CLASSIFICATION: Support Staff Salary Schedule - Group C

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
To demonstrate a caring and understanding relationship with parents and students; to have a positive working relationship with the principal and staff; to assist in assuring the smooth and efficient operation of a school office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Prepares and maintains student registers;
  • Prepares membership/absence reports for submission to the ADE;
  • Prepares other student reports as required;
  • Files as needed;
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
A. REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • No prior experience required;
  • Ability to communicate and work well with staff.
