Job Title: Construction Laborer - Data Center Project (6am-2:30pm)

Job Description

This role focuses on providing thorough cleaning and sanitation services for a large data center facility of approximately 36,000 square feet, along with an additional 16,500 square feet of office and administrative space. You ensure all surfaces, equipment, and areas within the building are kept clean, safe, and presentable by applying industrial cleaning methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Clean all surfaces throughout the data center and office areas, including equipment, flooring, ducts, walls, subfloors, windows, restrooms, and offices.
  • Use vacuums, mops, and other industrial cleaning equipment to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across various surfaces.
  • Scrub flooring and carpets to meet client expectations, ensuring stains and buildup are effectively removed.
  • Perform spot cleaning on equipment, fixtures, and appliances to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Sweep and remove debris from surface areas to keep walkways and workspaces clear and safe.
  • Carry out general janitorial functions such as spill cleanup, sanitation, and dusting throughout the facility.
  • Apply appropriate cleaning methodologies and products based on surface type and equipment requirements.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines, including OSHA standards, while performing all cleaning tasks.
  • Conduct basic safety and cleanliness inspections of assigned areas and promptly address any issues identified.
  • Support overall site cleanliness during construction activities by regularly removing dust, dirt, and construction-related debris.
