Job Summary

The District Manager oversees daily operations for the Vending, Office Coffee, and Ave. C service lines, including Customer Service, Technical Operations, and Warehouse Management. This role ensures operational execution aligns with company goals in profitability, service excellence, and efficiency. The DM partners with the Regional VP to drive financial performance, optimize resources, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions across customer service, warehouse, and technical service teams
  • Manage P&L performance in partnership with the Regional VP, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and align operations with strategic goals
  • Oversee labor planning and staffing to match business volume and productivity standards
  • Apply Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and retention, responding to client needs and growth opportunities
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement across departments
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure operational excellence
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of vendor or operations management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
  • Multi-unit management experience preferred
