Job description

Fuel Your Career with Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems (EESS) Division! We are hiring a Data Center Program Manager to lead a segment of our Strategic Accounts team, ensuring consistent program execution, driving operational excellence initiatives, and overseeing the implementation of digital tools and processes. This role is pivotal in advancing project management practices across the organization, enabling data‑driven decisions, improving financial outcomes, and enhancing customer satisfaction on projects through continuous improvements of Project Management processes by field based Project Managers. This role can be remote or, if located near an Eaton Service office, a hybrid schedule is offered. Anticipated travel is 25%.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide national leadership for Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers.
  • Communicate the Strategic Accounts Operations vision across Eaton Services and Project Management organizations.
  • Build strong relationships with District Operations Centers, Divisions, and Project Management teams to present a unified front to external stakeholders and achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions of any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and division policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Drive productivity and growth using EBE principles and digital tools.
  • Support strategic goals for Strategic Accounts Operations.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top‑tier Project/Construction Managers who deliver exceptional customer value.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to ensure high productivity and technical excellence across the team.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 8 years of electrical industry experience in project/construction management, field services, field sales and/or marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of manager of people experience
  • Data Center Experience
  • Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business, Engineering or Construction
  • 10+ years experience in electrical industry projects or operations management
  • 3+ years of experience in the Data Center market
