The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of assigned data center construction projects. This position provides leadership to engineering, procurement, construction, quality, safety, and commissioning teams while managing project scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project execution from engineering through final turnover.
Develop project execution plans and resource requirements.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Monitor project performance and key milestones.
Lead client meetings and provide project status updates.
Review contracts, change orders, and subcontractor performance.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Approve project schedules and recovery plans.
