Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Center Deployment Foreman I to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting full project execution by leading through a team of Deployment Leads to drive overall schedule, quality, and safety. You will work closely with various teams, including Project Managers, to provide high-level field leadership, manage project risks, and ensure seamless delivery without requiring PM involvement in daily field execution decisions.

Who we are

At Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing up to 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available. Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation.

Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections. We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

Own full execution of an assigned project or large multi-phase scope — responsible for every crew and every outcome

Manage through DCDLs and Sr. DCDLs — sets direction at the Lead level, not the technician level

Create and maintain daily and weekly work plans — not react to them

Set task priorities and execution sequence based on project schedule and live field conditions

Allocate and reallocate manpower across Leads based on real-time project priorities

Coordinate with the PM on progress, risks, schedule adherence, and change conditions

Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met — escalates risk to PM before missing them

Enforce quality standards across all Lead-managed crews — rework is a failure, not a norm

Resolve field conflicts, blockers, and Lead-level performance issues without PM involvement where possible

Monitor overall team productivity and adjust resources and sequencing to close gaps

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure deployment with specific expertise in data center operations, large-scale network infrastructure, or mission-critical facility deployment.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of structured cabling, high-density fiber optic architectures, and network hardware integration (experience with high-performance computing or GPU clusters is highly preferred).

Language Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English to effectively direct teams, interpret technical blueprints, and coordinate with project management.

Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and an uncompromising attention to detail regarding quality control and safety.

Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Benefits and Compensation

Location: The ideal candidate should be located or able to reliably travel to the project sites Nationally.

Base salary between $98,000 - $118,000

Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-10%

Paid Family Leave

10 Company Holidays

Unlimited PTO
