Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end logistics activities including receiving, storing and distributing equipment and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill material requests, maintain good communication throughout the process and follow all SLAs.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed hardware devices, including information processing, packaging, shipment and receipt of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to RMA process.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory documentation, ensuring timely updates of inventory tracking systems.
  • Perform routine audits and physical inventory checks to verify asset accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, working closely with relevant teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
  • Support the organization and optimization of storage areas, maximizing space utilization and accessibility.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of data center safety standards and best practices.
  • Assist in 5S and maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Comply with all security and data management policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as needed to support data center operations and contribute to team objectives.
