Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver industry-leading training programs for structured cabling, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure.
Technical Background:
  • Strong expertise in structured cabling, fiber installation, fusion splicing, OTDR/OLTS testing, MPO/MTP systems, cable pathways, rack and cabinet installation, labeling, testing, certification, troubleshooting, and QA/QC.
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI/TIA, ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, BICSI best practices, and FOA fiber optic standards.
  • BICSI, FOA, or equivalent international certifications preferred.
  • Manufacturer certifications (Corning, CommScope, Panduit, Leviton, Siemon, Fluke Networks, etc.) are a plus.
Work Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in low voltage systems, structured cabling, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure.
  • Experience delivering hyperscale or enterprise data center infrastructure projects.
  • Experience developing technical curriculum, instructor guides, student manuals, hands-on labs, SOPs, practical assessments, videos, and LMS-based training.
  • Experience delivering classroom and hands-on technical training for technicians, foremen, supervisors, and quality inspectors.
  • Experience establishing technical training programs, certification pathways, or corporate training academies.
  • Experience performing or overseeing field installation, testing, commissioning, quality assurance, documentation, and customer acceptance.
