Location: Shackelford, Texas/Abilene, Texas

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Principal Data Center Construction Manager to support field execution for hyperscale AI data center construction in Shackelford, Texas. This role is responsible for supporting safe, predictable, and high-quality construction delivery across assigned buildings, systems, areas, or discipline scopes.

The Principal Data Center Construction Manager is a member of the OCI Data Center construction team who supports daily construction activities by coordinating contractors, tracking field progress, helping resolve execution issues, reinforcing safety and quality expectations, and supporting turnover readiness for commissioning and startup.

This is a highly field-based role requiring strong site presence, direct contractor engagement, and hands-on execution support. The role helps ensure daily construction activities align with project sequencing, milestone commitments, and OCI delivery standards.

This position is based in Shackelford, Texas, approximately 20 miles from the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Abilene AI Data Center. It does not offer remote flexibility. We are seeking candidates who are local to the area or open to relocating to Abilene. Oracle offers relocation packages for eligible candidates.
