Night Auditor


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth overnight operations of our hotel, maintaining financial accuracy, and providing excellent guest service during the night shift. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts

- Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit reports

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service

- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally

- Maintain security and safety protocols within the hotel premises during the night shift

- Ensure all front desk operations are completed accurately and efficiently

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or accounting is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
