Administrative Assistant 1 (Part-Time, Onsite Contract)Overview

Join a fast-paced, team-oriented operation where your organization and attention to detail directly support production readiness and day-to-day business flow. In this part-time Administrative Assistant 1 role, youโ€™ll provide high-level administrative and clerical supportโ€”managing work packet documentation, responding to information requests, maintaining records, and partnering with multiple departments to keep priorities moving efficiently and professionally.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including professional email etiquette)
  • Advanced organization, prioritization, and time management
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
