POSITION SUMMARY

Full Circle Youth Empowerment Inc. is seeking a highly organized, professional, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations and help ensure the organization runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting an organization dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening communities.

RESPONSIBILITES AND SKILLS

Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and calendars. Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Maintain organized electronic and paper files. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative tracking. Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs. Communicate professionally with staff, community partners, program participants, and other stakeholders. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and organizational activities. Draft routine correspondence, emails, and other communications. Help ensure information is shared accurately and in a timely manner. Enter, organize, and maintain organizational and program data. Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries. Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI and other administrative software. Assist with maintaining databases, tracking systems, and electronic records. Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of administrative, office, or related professional experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace & AI
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

COMPENSATION/ JOB INFORMATION

Salary Information: $51,250.00 per annum plus benefits
