Salesforce Data Cloud Architect – Job Description

1. 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, including hands-on work with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).

2. Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Data Cloud implementations across industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Automotive.

3. Strong expertise in data modeling, identity resolution, and data harmonization within Salesforce Data Cloud.

4. Hands-on experience designing Unified Customer Profiles, including ingestion, mapping, and transformation of data from multiple source systems.

5. Deep knowledge of data ingestion patterns: batch, streaming, APIs, connectors (Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, external systems, Snowflake, AWS, etc.).

6. Experience implementing data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA) in Data Cloud environments.

7. Strong understanding of segmentation, calculated insights, and activation strategies across Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

8. Expertise in integrating Data Cloud with AI/analytics tools (Einstein, Tableau, external AI/ML platforms) for advanced customer intelligence.

9. Proven ability to define and implement enterprise data architecture, including lakehouse/warehouse integrations (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).

10. Experience with real-time use cases such as personalization, next-best-action, and event-driven architecture.

11. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including APIs, MuleSoft, and integration best practices.

12. Demonstrated leadership in solution design, architecture governance, and technical delivery, including managing offshore/onshore teams.

13. Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and business leaders, translating business needs into scalable data solutions.

14. Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as:
