We are currently seeking a BPO F&A Operations Processing to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Pay for this role is $20.00hr

The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Time), Saturday (Central Time) Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, Overtime may be required based on business requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

One year accounting experience

One year of account reconciliation

Two years of data entry

Two years MS Excel 

Responsibilities: 

•Allocates and delegates takes amongst employees.

•Provides operational support to employees on all phases of financial transaction processing.

•Interacts with clients and internal departments to solve issues.

•Identifies and resolves issues around pending transactions.

•Performs quality audit on accounts

•Demonstrated client interaction skills.

•Ability to analyze reasons behind incomplete transactions.

•Understands process interdependencies.

•Possesses deep domain knowledge in F&A domain.

New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process

*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.

Must Pass Drug screen

Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
