What You'll Do

As a Project Manager III/IV, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and construction of facility projects. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Project Oversight
  • Lead and manage multiple facility-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
Budget Management
  • Prepare and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts to optimize project costs.
Compliance and Standards

What We're Looking ForEducation
