    • Floor grid systems and related finishes
  • Typical project timelines: 6–12 months

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of construction project management or field coordination experience
  • Strong background working in field-based construction environments (required)
  • Experience with GCs and subcontractor coordination
  • Data center, commercial, or industrial project experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, construction-driven environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary
  • Discretionary bonus
  • 3 weeks PTO
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Travel expenses covered

Why This Role
  • Work on large, complex data center builds
  • Join a rapidly growing organization with strong project backlog
  • Clear path to senior-level leadership opportunities
  • High visibility and impact within the organization
