???? Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Business Applications to lead a strategic ERP transformation to NetSuite ERP, delivered in partnership with a third-party implementation consulting firm.

This role serves as the internal program owner, ensuring strong collaboration between business stakeholders, IT, and the external system integrator. You will drive execution, accountability, and delivery outcomes across a complex, multi-functional environment.

Success in this role means building a scalable, modern software ecosystem that improves productivity, ensures data integrity, and supports long-term business growth.


???? Key Responsibilities???? Program & Partner Leadership
  • Own end-to-end program delivery in collaboration with the NetSuite implementation partner

  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across internal teams and partners

  • Establish governance frameworks (steering committees, status reporting, escalation paths)

  • Hold partners accountable to scope, timeline, budget, and quality (SOW adherence)


???? Vendor & System Integrator Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the NetSuite consulting partner

  • Manage Statements of Work (SOW), change requests, and commercial alignment

  • Monitor partner performance against SLAs/KPIs

  • Challenge and validate partner recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Coordinate across additional vendors (WMS, EDI, CRM, payment gateways, etc.)


???? Business Process Alignment & Ownership
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and validated

  • Facilitate design workshops with SMEs and partner consultants across:

    • Manufacturing (production, quality, lot/traceability)

    • Distribution (inventory, warehousing, logistics)

    • Promotional/Souvenir business (pricing, rebates, ERP integrations)

  • Drive decisions on configuration vs. customization with scalability in mind

  • Balance standardization with critical business needs


???? Delivery Oversight
  • Oversee key ERP implementation phases:

    • Solution design

    • System configuration

    • Data migration

    • Integrations

    • Testing (SIT/UAT)

  • Validate deliverables prior to business sign-off

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution

  • Lead cutover planning and go-live readiness


???? Data, Integration & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure data migration strategy is defined and executed with proper validation

  • Oversee integrations between NetSuite and external systems (WMS, EDI, CRM, financial systems)

  • Ensure strong testing strategy and business ownership of UAT

  • Enforce data governance and quality standards


???? Change Management & Adoption
  • Partner with consulting firm on training approach while owning business readiness

  • Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies

  • Ensure knowledge transfer from partner to internal teams

  • Lead hypercare and transition to steady-state support


✅ Required Qualifications
  • 7–12+ years of ERP project/program management experience

  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations with external system integrators

  • Strong experience with NetSuite or similar cloud ERP platforms

  • Experience managing vendor contracts, SOWs, and delivery accountability

  • Deep understanding of Food & Beverage operations:

    • Manufacturing (batch processing, compliance, traceability)

    • Distribution and supply chain

    • Trade promotions and pricing

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
