Job Description
Title: IT Program Manager
Location: Hybrid/White Plains, NY
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage AI-focused IT programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT initiatives, with expertise in AI technologies, Azure cloud platforms, governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and cross-functional program execution. The role requires driving successful project delivery, managing budgets, vendors, risks, and supporting the organization's AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage enterprise IT and AI programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI models, cloud platforms, and data solutions.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate RFP processes, vendor evaluations, contract selection, and implementation activities.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to build, test, and deploy solutions.
  • Support the development and governance of the AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor project managers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, AI standards, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvement across project delivery and program management.


Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
  • Experience leading AI, Generative AI, or Machine Learning initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern data platforms.
  • Experience implementing AI Governance frameworks and AI Centers of Excellence (CoE).
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, budgeting, vendor management, and RFP processes.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • AI, Data, or Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
