This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects which enhance finance systems and solutions across the business in compliance with applicable policies. Key responsibilities include executing on project work that may include Technology and People-Process change and/or Automation leveraging emerging technology. Job expectations include overseeing the day-to-day project activities and having active involvement in the review and delivery execution of project deliverables including project planning, business analysis, testing and business operational readiness.

Team Specific Job Description:

This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Technology, and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive complex Finance transformation initiatives across data, process, and technology domains. The Program Manager operates with a strong consulting mindset, helping leaders translate strategy into executable roadmaps, shaping problem statements, evaluating solution options, and guiding delivery through disciplined program execution.

The role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and advising senior stakeholders on tradeoffs, risks, and execution approaches. The Program Manager is expected to serve as a thought partner to business leads, proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize Finance capabilities while ensuring strong governance and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and executes deliverables for all phases of the project while working closely with various partners and user community
  • Works with leadership and/or line of business to set strategic direction of the project
  • Assists leadership in the development of solution strategies
  • Demonstrates strong subject matter knowledge about existing financial solutions and processes within scope of responsibility
  • Adheres to Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Controls Requirements
  • Requires an understanding of Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Project Management
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to Finance leadership, partnering to define scope, priorities, and multiyear delivery roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives
  • Leads crossprogram coordination across multiple interconnected initiatives, managing dependencies, sequencing, and integrated outcomes
  • Develops executiveready materials including business cases, decision documents, and progress for senior forums
  • Drives alignment across stakeholders by translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, consulting, transformation, or program/project management roles
  • Proven experience of delivery in large complex organizations or top tier professional services, leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives with senior stakeholder engagement
  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, including problem structuring, storytelling, and influencing decisionmakers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate competing priorities, and drive outcomes through collaboration
  • Deep understanding of Finance processes, technology enablement, and change delivery

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Finance technology or datadriven transformation initiatives
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
