This job manages the analytics team in researching, developing, and maintaining analytical solutions for various business units. Manages relationships with the application teams and applications leadership and operational teams and operational leadership. Manages day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, fiscal stewardship, and management of all aspects of analytics project life cycle.

Education

Required - Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or related field.

Work Experience

Required - 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data management.

3 years of experience using SQL in daily activities.

3 years of experience overseeing analytical system processes and/or servers.

3 years of experience overseeing analytics projects from inception to roll out.

1 year of experience with data visualization software (i.e., Tableau, PowerBI, other) and data visualization principles.

1 year of experience leading analytics teams.

Preferred - Healthcare experience.

Certifications

Preferred - Epic certification.
