Job Description: Seeking a Senior Maintenance Analyst to support the development of scalable data products, analytics solutions, and reporting capabilities that drive operational decision-making across multiple business functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, reusable data products for cross-functional business teams
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows
  • Develop analytics solutions using Python and PySpark
  • Support data pipeline design, validation, and governance initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and reporting teams to deliver standardized data products
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies based on business requirements, cost, and scalability
  • Support data visualization and reporting initiatives
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
  • Analyze large-scale datasets and provide actionable business insights

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of data analytics, data engineering, or related experience
  • Expert-level SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex query development
  • Experience with ETL processes and data cleansing
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Experience developing solutions using PySpark
  • AWS cloud services experience
  • Experience working with large datasets and enterprise-scale data environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar visualization tools
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2, or related databases
  • Power Platform experience
