This role is focused on improving how frontline managers operate by reducing manual work, automating workflows, and enabling smarter, faster decision-making through data and AI-driven solutions. You will partner directly with operations teams to identify pain points, translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions, and build tools that enhance efficiency across distribution centers. This position blends strong technical expertise with business acumen and stakeholder influence, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world operational problems with data and technology. About the Team You will join a small, high-impact technical team led by Spencer Jordan that supports Walmart's ambient supply chain, specifically general merchandise distribution centers. The team develops network-wide tools and solutions used across both field operations and the home office (HQ). This team is focused on driving innovation through data, automation, and AI-building scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
