Job Description
A Systems Administrator - Data Analytics will be responsible for managing and optimizing royalty system platforms, ensuring accurate calculation and reporting of franchisee royalties, and delivering actionable insights to support financial performance and operational decision-making. Provides and develops accurate reporting and management tools to all brands in the organization to make better, data-driven decisions.
  • Administer and maintain royalty system platforms (SiteZeus, AIM, Antera, FranPos or similar)
  • Configure royalty structures, fee schedules, and franchisee profiles
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal IT and external vendors
  • Support system updates, enhancements, and testing
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (royalty collections, trends, aging, performance metrics or similar)
  • Analyze franchisee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure the accuracy of royalty calculations and reporting
  • Reconcile data across systems (royalty platform, ERP, CRM, POS feeds)
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in franchisee reporting
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives
  • Enhance automation of data collection and reporting workflows
  • Document system processes and standard operating procedures
  • Provide system training and support
  • Act as a key liaison between teams and vendors

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar), Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
Analytical mindset with strong business acumen. Systems-thinking approach to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
