BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Data Analytics Engineer to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and
possibly 3 days remote.
As an SAP BRIM-Data Analytics Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, analytics models, and reporting solutions supporting SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and SAP S/4HANA. This role ensures accurate data integration, transformation, and visualization for high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue processes. The engineer collaborates with architects, developers, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant analytics solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Engineering & Integration
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for SAP BRIM data using SAP tools and modern data platforms.
  • Develop integration strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize replication across SAP and external systems.
  • Optimize data migration and delta load processes for high-volume environments.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Build dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW/4HANA, and other visualization tools.
  • Create data models to support subscription, invoicing, and revenue analytics.
  • Ensure alignment with business KPIs and compliance requirements.
  • Performance & Scalability
  • Implement best practices for query optimization and large-scale data processing.
  • Monitor and tune data pipelines for performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP BRIM and S/4HANA data structures.
  • Expertise in ETL tools, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Skills:
