We are seeking a Product Specialist II to support business applications, data management, and application quality within a regulatory environment. This role is responsible for overseeing licensing, inspection, and enforcement data, ensuring data accuracy, supporting application testing, and collaborating with technical teams to maintain business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, Oracle, reporting, and data analysis experience, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain licensing, inspection, and enforcement data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and manage quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes for application data.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
  • Analyze data and generate custom reports to support operational and management reporting.
  • Coordinate database documentation and ensure adherence to data standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, user support, and training on database workflows and application usage.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Support application testing, including validating system enhancements and defect resolution.
  • Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
