In the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team, we are looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for delivering data-driven insights that enable better business decisions. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that transform complex data into clear and actionable intelligence. You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, create compelling visualizations, and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of analytics solutions. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query (M) transformations.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, trend analysis, and KPI reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, report performance, and refresh reliability across reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize reporting needs, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Apply dashboard design standards and visualization solutions to improve user experience and adoption.
  • Support continuous improvement through analytics automation, reporting optimization, and ongoing enhancement of BI capabilities.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting, analytics, reporting, or information technology experience
o OR 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting, analytics, reporting, or information technology experience
o OR equivalent experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in a data analyst role building analytics solutions in Power BI.
  • Experience with Power BI Service, workspaces, and row-level security.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and star-schema modeling.
  • Experience automating refreshes and optimizing report performance.
  • Data analytics skills - exploratory data analysis, metric definition, segmentation, trend and cohort analysis, and turning data into business insight.
  • Dashboard-building and visualization skills - layout, interactivity, and visuals.
  • Data storytelling - crafting compelling data stories through enhanced visualizations in Power BI, Python (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, plotly), or other tools.
  • Data modeling skills - DAX, Power Query (M), and star-schema modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and shaping data.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
Technical Support Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $86,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year.
