Corporate Functions Digital plays a central role in this journey, enabling enterprise functions such as Finance, People & Culture, and Supply Chain with scalable digital and data capabilities. Within this team, the Senior Manager, Data Value Architecture and Insights is a key role focused on ensuring that data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives deliver measurable, meaningful outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Data Strategy and Value, this role will define how value is quantified, tracked, and communicated across the enterprise. You will act as a bridge between strategy, business stakeholders, and data teams, ensuring that investments are aligned to business priorities and that outcomes are clearly understood and optimized. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in analytics and financial modeling, combined with the ability to translate complex data into insights that drive informed decisions and sustained value creation.
What You'll Do for Us
  • Design and operationalize frameworks to measure and track the value of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives across Corporate Functions
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to define success metrics, key performance indicators, and expected outcomes for data-driven use cases and investments
  • Build and maintain value models, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment modeling, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions
  • Translate data and analytics outcomes into clear business narratives that highlight impact, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Data Strategists and technical teams to ensure value considerations are embedded from use case identification through to delivery and scaling
  • Establish consistent methodologies, tools, and governance practices for value measurement and reporting across initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to optimize or reprioritize investments based on performance insights and evolving business needs
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into portfolio performance and value realization
  • Ensure alignment between enterprise data strategy, financial planning processes, and performance management frameworks
  • Stay current on leading practices in value measurement, analytics, and artificial intelligence to continuously refine approaches and frameworks

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or data value measurement roles
  • Proven experience building and applying return on investment models and value frameworks for digital, data, or analytics initiatives
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience working with modern data and analytics tools, including business intelligence platforms and data visualization technologies
  • Solid understanding of data strategy, data governance, and analytics lifecycle concepts
  • Ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior leaders
  • High level of digital and artificial intelligence literacy, with the ability to assess business impact and value potential
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience aligning analytics outcomes with financial and operational performance metrics
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and applying innovative approaches to drive better business outcomes
