Oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing division of our company. You’ll work across departments to support the brand’s growth trajectory.

Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll own and scale the operational engine of a fast-growing eCommerce division, ensuring inventory management, demand planning, pricing, product setup, systems support, data analytics and reporting, and live selling operations. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels across sales channels (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, WhatNot, etc)
  • Leading or executing demand planning and transferring activities to align inventory with sales forecasts and promotional plans
  • Monitoring inventory health and recommend action plans
  • Execute pricing strategy across all channels, balancing competitiveness, margin and market dynamics
  • Act as operational owner of division’s tech stack, driving improvements in systems, workflows and scalability
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Coin Buying, Fulfillment, Assembly, IT and Finance – ensuring alignment and accountability across initiatives
  • Serving as project management lead, driving disciplined timelines & accountability
  • Set up new products and maintain SKU integrity across all systems
  • Build & maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into appropriate metrics
  • Partner with Group Manager to analyze live selling performance, channel mix and sales trends
  • Coach & lead a multiple-member team focused on execution, accountability and continuous improvement

Qualified applicant will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, e-commerce operations or related field
  • 2+ years direct management experience
  • Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial business environment preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy and demand planning concepts
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
