As the E2E Data and Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for the execution of the analytical strategy and data governance across Hillโ€™s Supply Chain functions, including Network Operations, Procurement, and Sourcing. This position implements the data and analytics solution strategies and roadmaps for emerging capabilities and integrates them into the analytical platforms for Hillโ€™s Supply. This role will work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to improve overall supply chain performance, vendor compliance, sourcing strategies, and cost efficiencies through data analytics and data science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Global Initiatives and Strategies: Collaborate with the Hillโ€™s GSC Data, AI, and Analytics Manager and CP Global Analytics team to implement analytics enablement strategies, solution roadmaps, and governance frameworks for Hillโ€™s Demand team.
  • Manage Data and Analytics Projects: Serve as Scrum Master, ensuring agile and timely delivery of all data and analytics projects focused on supply performance, sourcing, and network optimization.
  • Champion Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy through the automation of procurement metrics, spend analysis, and operational reporting.
  • Govern & Manage Data Warehouses: Oversee the management and optimization of the data housed in SQL environments, including platforms like Snowflake and Google BigQuery, ensuring data availability for key supply metrics (e.g., total delivered cost, supplier performance, raw material tracking) while adhering to global data management guidelines.
  • Drive AI Use Cases and Utilization: Identify and implement use cases for AI solutions by function, ensuring the utilization of available tools. Conduct training sessions to engage teams and guide them on how to incorporate AI tools into their daily work.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in analytics, data strategy, and/or project management.
  • Technical Data Skills: Experience managing and optimizing data warehouses, with a strong understanding of SQL environments, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and other cloud data platforms.
  • Data Visualization: Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, and Sigma or any similar visualization tools.
  • Business Acumen: Broad business knowledge and a strong understanding of Global Supply Chain systems, procurement workflows, and network operations.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and handle multiple projects and priorities effectively with strong planning and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Supervisory or Project Management experience.
  • Experience within a supply, procurement, network operations, or manufacturing analytics context.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, AI, machine learning, and advanced analytical techniques applied to supply chain optimization (e.g., network modeling, predictive sourcing).
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Data Governance: Experience in Master Data Management (MDM), with a focus on maintaining data integrity and quality across various systems and platforms (specifically SAP/Kinaxis) or any other related ERP system.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD
  • Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
  • Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
