Role Summary

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead complex, enterprise-level data and analytics initiatives that support organizational strategy, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making. Working across technology, business, and leadership teams, this individual will oversee multiple high-priority projects focused on analytics platforms, data integration, reporting capabilities, governance, and modern data architecture. This is a highly collaborative role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, project leadership, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Manage multiple concurrent technology and analytics projects with complex dependencies and stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate efforts across business units, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive implementation of enterprise data and analytics initiatives, including reporting, data integration, and governance programs.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, communication strategies, and resource forecasts.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and consensus-building discussions across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support organizational change management activities to promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor project financials and ensure initiatives remain aligned with approved budgets.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and post-project reviews that communicate outcomes and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using project management tools and collaboration platforms

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience leading data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data platform initiatives
  • Background supporting data warehouse, data lakehouse, data integration, or enterprise data programs
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and analytics operating models
  • Experience working with vendor management, contracts, and third-party technology partners
