- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Define and deliver meaningful KPIs and metrics within your assigned domain.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness following governance standards.
- Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues using proven technical solutions.
- Monitor report usage and recommend practical improvements.
- Work with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 3-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M).
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure analytics services, or Delta Lake.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or B2B environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data is a plus.
