Job Summary:
Zobility is RGBSI's workforce management and staffing division, and they are seeking a Quality Data Analyst to support Technical Service Operations by delivering data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions. The role involves building Power BI reports, executing complex queries, and maintaining documentation for data processes to ensure consistency and transparency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Execute complex queries using Snowflake and SAS
• Perform data analysis on warranty, repair order, and dealer performance data
• Support ad hoc analytics requests from internal stakeholders and external partners
• Create and maintain documentation for data processes, reporting logic, and workflows
• Translate analytical findings into clear business insights
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong SQL experience (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience with SAS
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
