Job description

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location. Duties: Expertise in business and data analytics applied to U.S

consumer banking and retail financial products, including checking, savings, deposits, and branded credit cards. Experience analyzing large-scale customer data to develop segmentation, targeting, and predictive models that support customer acquisition, engagement, and portfolio growth. Demonstrated proficiency in omnichannel decisioning frameworks, including real-time and near-real-time trigger identification, next-best-action logic, and orchestration of customer outreach across digital and assisted channels using decision engines and analytics platforms.

Strong background in experimentation, test-and-learn methodologies, and performance measurement to evaluate marketing effectiveness, forecast P&L impact, and optimize investment allocation under varying business conditions. Ability to apply quantitative methods to support P&L forecasting, scenario analysis, and resiliency planning, translate complex analytical insights into scalable strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deploy data-driven solutions within enterprise data and decisioning platforms. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation developing analytical strategies and solutions. Six (6) years of experience must include: Advanced statistical techniques, including predictive modeling and segmentation, to analyze large scale datasets and support data driven strategies; Designing and executing statistical experimentation frameworks, including A/B or test and learn methodologies, to evaluate the performance of new initiatives and optimize business outcomes; Advanced analytical tools, including SQL, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, to work with large and complex datasets, generate insights, and produce analytical output; and Articulating complex problems into clear, structured frameworks for solutioning with actionable recommendations for key leaders and stakeholders. 40 hrs./wk
