We are expanding our Training & Development and HR Operations initiatives and seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to support upcoming projects in 2026.Position Summary
The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources tasks and assist in the execution of training and development initiatives including leadership training rollouts, staff training programs, LMS administration, and documentation support. This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, organizational development, training design, or people operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Support
  • Assist with HR documentation, employee files, and compliance tracking
  • Help prepare onboarding packets, training materials, and communication updates
  • Support data entry, reports, and HR metrics tracking
  • Assist with employee surveys, engagement initiatives, and analytics
Training & Development Support
  • Support the rollout of Leadership Training and Staff Training programs
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and training logistics
  • Help manage LMS (Learning Management System) tasks: uploading content, assigning modules, tracking completion
  • Proofread and format PowerPoints, training guides, and SOPs
  • Assist in maintaining training dashboards and KPI tracking
  • Participate in curriculum development discussions and content enhancement
Project Coordination
  • Organize documents, presentations, and timelines for training and HR projects
  • Assist with cross-department communication for training readiness
  • Track progress on training initiatives and follow up with managers as needed
  • Help prepare reports for project updates, audits, or leadership meetings
Communication
  • Draft internal communication templates, reminders, and staff announcements
  • Assist in developing visually appealing HR and training materials
  • Help maintain professionalism and consistent branding across documents
QualificationsRequired
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and writing ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
Preferred
  • Interest in training & development, leadership development, or HR consulting
  • Experience with LMS systems (optional)
  • Experience building PowerPoints, SOPs, or training content
