What You'll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern -Digital Marketing
Location: Hybrid - Bellevue (3 days/week)
Expected start date to end date: July 2026 - July 2027
Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week
You'll join the SAP Concur Digital Marketing team, supporting search and social performance marketing across paid search, SEO, and paid social. You'll receive hands-on training from channel experts and actively contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns with measurable impact.
You will help build keyword lists, write ad copy, research competitors, and support campaign analysis and reporting for paid search. In SEO, you'll optimize webpages, analyze data, implement content changes, audit pages against best practices, and support key initiatives like go-to-market launches, newsletters, and AI tooling. For paid social, you'll work on campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, support Conversion API (CAPI) rollout and server-side measurement, and assist with testing, reporting, and creating decks that turn performance data into clear stories for stakeholders.
By the end of the internship, you'll have contributed to improvements in campaign performance, delivered insightful reporting, and supported strategic projects across PPC, SEO, and paid social, demonstrating ownership of meaningful deliverables within an integrated performance marketing program.

They will own specific deliverables while supporting broader team projects, with their work informing reporting, strategic recommendations, and decision-making shared with senior leadership. Through hands-on involvement in revenue-driving channels and experimentation, the intern will help shape ongoing marketing strategy while building a strong, practical foundation in performance marketing
  • will be embedded within a collaborative Digital Discovery and Performance team, working closely with SEO, paid search, and paid social specialists both locally and across global teams. They will have a dedicated manager, along with support from 2-3 teammates who will provide regular check-ins, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities. As an active team member, the intern will contribute to real projects, gain exposure to international collaboration, and receive hands-on guidance in a fast-paced, supportive environment
  • will build foundational skills across key areas of performance marketing, including SEO, content optimization, analytics, ad copy, and website management, using industry tools and platforms. Working within an integrated, cross-channel team, they will gain hands-on experience with real business KPIs and learn how to analyze performance data, generate insights, and contribute to strategic recommendations. Through a mix of on-the-job learning and structured development opportunities, the intern will grow toward confidently planning and independently executing components of marketing campaigns
