Digital Data Analytics Specialist

Location: Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)

About TURNBRIDGE

TURNBRIDGE delivers precision-driven technical and digital talent solutions that help organizations move faster with confidence. We focus on quality over volume—shortlists instead of slates, insight instead of noise, and start-date certainty for every engagement.

Role Overview

TURNBRIDGE is seeking a Digital Data Analytics Specialist to establish and evolve a best-in-class digital analytics foundation that supports enterprise-level decision-making across multiple digital platforms and product lines.

This role goes well beyond reporting. You will own measurement strategy, transform complex behavioral and transactional data into clear, compelling insights, and influence product, marketing, and executive stakeholders through insight-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing analytics frameworks, analyzing customer behavior, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboarding & Reporting (20%)

  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support decision-making across marketing, product, and executive leadership.
  • Ensure insights are accessible, intuitive, and actionable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Digital Analytics Strategy (15%)

  • Own and evolve the digital analytics strategy across behavioral, transactional, and customer data.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, event design, and data consistency across all digital properties using GA4 and enterprise data sources.

Insights & Trend Analysis (15%)

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that influence product direction, marketing strategy, and customer experience.
  • Move beyond surface-level metrics to deliver insights that drive real business outcomes.

Customer Behavior Analysis (10%)

  • Analyze funnels, engagement, and conversion behavior across web and digital experiences.
  • Identify friction points and opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Stakeholder Communication (10%)

  • Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives for executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure insights are understood, trusted, and acted upon.

Analytics Instrumentation & Enablement (10%)

  • Partner with data engineering, personalization, and technology teams to ensure analytics supports activation and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to embed measurement into digital products from the outset.

Executive Presentations (10%)

  • Lead monthly analytics and insights presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations tied directly to business strategy.

KPI & Measurement Frameworks (5%)

  • Define and maintain KPIs aligned to growth, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Ensure measurement frameworks scale across platforms and product lines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital analytics, insights, or measurement roles within modern, event-driven analytics environments
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, including event taxonomy and advanced analysis using BigQuery
  • Experience delivering analytics and insights across multiple product lines within a large or complex organization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven experience supporting executive audiences

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of event taxonomy, measurement design, and analytics instrumentation
  • Ability to define what data should be captured and how it supports business outcomes
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and collaborating closely with engineers, developers, and architects
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to real-world impact
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders through insight-driven storytelling
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), experimentation frameworks, or personalization initiatives

Technology Stack & Tools

  • Tableau
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • BigQuery
  • Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
  • Event Taxonomy & Measurement Design
  • KPI & Measurement Frameworks
  • CDP & Activation Platforms
  • Executive-Level Storytelling & Data Visualization

Why TURNBRIDGE

  • Precision-driven hiring focused on quality and outcomes
  • Exposure to high-impact, enterprise-scale digital initiatives
  • Collaborative, insight-focused culture
  • Opportunity to influence strategy—not just report on it
