    Job description

    The Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence is a hands-on strategic leader and the analytical engine of Wondr Nation. Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance and Administration, this role leads the organization's analytics function and serves as the primary intelligence partner to the Product, Marketing, Professional Services and Operations teams, equipping them with the data-driven insights, benchmarking frameworks, and performance narratives needed to acquire, retain, and clients and strategic partners. Product, The Director will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board, and will be responsible for growing and managing the analytics team as the organization scales.
