This position supports ACC intelligence exercise programs (including Large Force Employment events such as RED FLAG and AGILE FLAG), providing analytical, technical, and programmatic expertise to enhance realism, readiness, and mission effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong multi-INT analytical capabilities, experience with ISR operations, and demonstrated expertise contributing to exercise design, execution, and after-action analysis. Joining this program offers candidates the opportunity to apply their skills where they matter most - supporting a meaningful mission, influencing outcomes of national importance, and being part of a trusted team, whose work makes a measurable difference every day.

Essential Responsibilities: (describe the day-to-day)

  • Provide exercise planning, coordination, and technical support to intelligence training, test, and readiness events (scheduled and ad hoc).

  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to improve MAJCOM organizational structure and exercise program execution.
  • Develop realistic, intelligence-driven scenarios in support of exercises such as AGILE FLAG and RED FLAG.
  • Script and produce "Road to War," threat assessments, and intelligence injects to drive coherent and realistic exercise execution.
  • Collaborate with partners (e.g., ACC, USAFWC, 505 CTS, operational wings) to design scenarios aligned to mission objectives.
  • Develop and align exercise objectives using Measures of Effectiveness (MoE) and Measures of Performance (MoP)
  • Create Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs) and synchronize across intelligence and non-intelligence participants.
  • Identify Orders of Battle and operational environments and transpose onto Joint Operating Areas (JOAs).
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate DoD, Air Force, and IC doctrine, policies, and TTPs into exercise design.
  • Coordinate across intelligence disciplines and operational stakeholders to ensure integrated exercise delivery.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Candidates must meet all basic-level DOD 8140 Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) requirements code 111.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting intelligence planning, ISR operations, and exercise design.
  • Experience working with Joint, coalition, or multinational exercise environments
  • Familiarity with Air Force Wing Operations Center or AOC/ISRD processes and documentation
  • Demonstrated understanding of Intelligence Community analytic processes and tradecraft
  • Exposure to data analytics or simulation tools for exercise development
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficiency with standard office and analytic tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, IC analytic platforms)

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies and conduct standards
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
  • Contractor responsible for maintaining required qualifications and certifications unless Government-directed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required program, system, and facility access

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI eligibility.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field OR Associate degree with an additional 4 years of relevant experience (total 10 years)

Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or ISR-related field with recent relevant experience within the last 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting RED FLAG or similar Large Force Employment (LFE) exercises.
  • Experience supporting AGILE FLAG or Agile Combat Employment (ACE) exercises
  • Prior experience supporting DoD, Air Force, Combatant Commands, or IC organizations
