Job description

ERP SAVVY is seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to support business process analysis, system enhancements, and project delivery within an SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support implementation efforts across procurement, logistics, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization using SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Support testing activities including Unit TestingSIT, and UAT.
  • Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules such as MMSDFI, and WM.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes in ProcurementSupply ChainFinance, and Logistics.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and supporting SAP implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiorireporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX for the full duration of the contract.
  • Must be able to work and travel without restriction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturinghealthcare, or life sciences.
  • Exposure to SAP AribaSAP Business Network, or SAP GTS.
  • Prior experience in short-term, high-impact consulting engagements.
