This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility enabling the business to deliver actionable insights that drives informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, validate, and maintain the quality, accuracy, and integrity of business data across systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business operations and leadership decisions
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions
  • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to clarify data requirements and align priorities
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and independently take initiative to address data-related challenges
  • Contribute innovative ideas and support the implementation of new processes, tools, and analytical approaches
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices
  • Conduct regular audits and provide oversight of data processes to ensure compliance and consistency
