Job description

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst provides support for both day-to-day operations and new development activities across all electronic systems and interface points. This role requires regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, engagement with senior management, and the coordination of activities with third-party service providers.

General Responsibilities
  • Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Participates in identifying gaps and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
  • Coordinates the system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.
Experience / Qualifications
  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Base Salary Range: $64,400.00 - $88,550.00
