PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

This temporary position provides hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, systems testing, and internal control activities. The temp will work alongside experienced accounting and finance professionals and gain exposure to enterprise-level systems and cross-functional business processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The temp may train and assist with the following:

  • ERP System Testing - Participate in the testing of new ERP system functionality, documenting results and identifying issues to support a smooth implementation.
  • Data analysis and validation - Support the collection, analysis, and validation of financial and operational data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.
  • Reconciliations & Internal Controls - Assist with account reconciliations and internal control procedures to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Order Processing & Analysis - Support order processing workflows and contribute to analysis efforts that improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process Documentation & Automation - Help document current-state business processes and identify opportunities for automation or streamlining.
  • KPI Reporting & Dashboards - Assist in the preparation and analysis of key performance indicator reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS 

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties and participates in projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Pursuing Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or another Business-related Degree.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and passport and have the ability to travel independently and overnight as necessary.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
