Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Data Analyst to join their Product Operations team. This role involves analyzing product data, generating insights, and helping to define KPIs that guide product management decisions, serving as a critical link between data-driven insights and the product team.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze product performance, user behaviour, and feature adoption metrics to provide actionable insights to the product team.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Operations to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the product portfolio.
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into product performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various platforms and tools, identifying gaps or areas of improvement in data collection methods.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product management roles.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights.
