  • Compile and assess data for analysis, extracting relevant insights and implementable solutions for our marketing partners.

  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness using experimentation, attribution methodologies, customer lifetime value frameworks, incrementality analysis, and marketing mix modeling techniques to inform future strategy.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Become an expert across marketing channels, customer segments and key markets tracked by Citizens' Enterprise Marketing team to contextualize business activities and priorities.

  • Document and communicate technical/analytic results, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on our team to brainstorm solutions, understand data availability and tools, provide project updates, and share ideas.

  • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and visualizations that translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations for stakeholders and senior leaders.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics including marketing analytics, financial modeling, applied statistics, or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of SQL experience.

  • Strong experience using Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, marketing analytics, and process automation.

  • Experience or exposure to data and analytics in Banking and/or Financial Services industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required with an ability to successfully communicate analytic results, insights, and resulting business implications to non-technical business partners.

  • Strong sense of ownership, relentless curiosity and self-driven approach to problem solving.

  • Demonstrated ability to play a leadership role in complex analytical projects.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues who have a background in statistics and database development/maintenance.

  • Experience in complex experimental designs, marketing mix models and attribution models preferred.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
