We're hiring a Data Analyst - People at our rental facility in Columbia, MO, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As a key member of the People Analytics team, you will be responsible for shaping strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis. You will play a crucial role in extracting actionable insights from our data to drive informed decision-making. This role is particularly focused on the intersection of workforce intelligence and financial themes, including staffing models, factors related to quality of hire, and leader development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Translate people needs and data into action: create relationships with individuals across the organization, identify quick wins, choose the appropriate statistical test and partner to implement your findings.
  • Execute against the vision for People Analytics: Support the development of the People Analytics roadmap and execute against the projects that are prioritized. Current projects cover topics in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning and Employee Listening.
  • Get your hands dirty in a variety of People Analytics projects, which will involve wrangling data to enable comprehensive intelligence and tapping in where needed.
  • Learn about various data analytics tools and methods through hands-on involvement in projects and shadowing senior team members.
  • Engage with team members on multiple levels, from technical experts to senior leadership, gaining insights into the strategic role of data analytics in business decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Python or R experience required.
