About the Role

CLA is hiring a Data Analyst Senior to leverage the Microsoft Power Platform and scripting languages such as R or Python to clean, analyze, and visualize data for internal and external clients. The senior analyst will develop solutions, lead projects, and contribute to new business development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop service-specific knowledge and apply business skills through exposure to peers, clients, and internal experts.
  • Collect, analyze, and assess data using tools including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Excel, DAX, M, R, and Alteryx.
  • Support the building and implementation of solutions for external clients and internal projects as part of the Data Analytics team.
  • Develop custom data models, algorithms, predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques under guidance of team leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy, communicating findings to team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership and colleagues across offices, serving as a primary contact with clients or business leaders on internal projects.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, support roles, and contribute to new business development activities.
Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of experience in data analytics, public accounting, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field is required; five years is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred majors: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform, Excel, DAX, M, R, and Alteryx.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
