Job Overview: Pay Range: $21.30hr - $26.30hr Requirement/Must Have: Demonstrated experience working with data, file processing, EDI, eligibility, enrollment, or another technical/transactional environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies. Basic to intermediate Excel skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow documented technical processes. Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines and service expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with electronic data files and data-intensive processes. Ability to identify, research, and troubleshoot data discrepancies or processing errors. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment. OIG/GSA/OFAC Exclusion Screenings must be completed prior to placement/start date. Completion of mandatory compliance training including General Compliance, HIPAA, Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, Conflict of Interests, and Security Awareness. Completion of Model of Care, ODAG, and CA Fair Claims training. Responsibilities: Provide seasonal production support within the Membership Operations team, primarily supporting electronic eligibility file processing. Monitor and manage incoming eligibility files. Review processing results and exceptions. Troubleshoot file and data issues. Assist with ensuring eligibility updates are processed accurately and timely. Work within established eligibility processes and systems to identify patterns or discrepancies. Research issues and follow technical processes. Nice to Have: Previous EDI or electronic file-processing experience. Experience with healthcare eligibility, enrollment, benefits, insurance, or similar data. Familiarity with eligibility file formats, including ANSI 834. Experience working in a high-volume production environment. Strong technical aptitude and curiosity when researching problems. Skills: EDI. Data Analysis. Microsoft Excel. ANSI 834. Qualification And Education: Relevant hands-on experience and technical aptitude in a data-processing or EDI role. 1-3+ years of experience in a data-processing, EDI, eligibility/enrollment, operations, or similarly technical role.
