Job Summary

Medline Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Division 49 - EVS and Division 50 - Textiles at our Northfield, IL headquarters. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Finance and serve as a key finance partner to divisional leadership.
The Senior Financial Analyst will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning financial analysis, planning, and forecasting activities while translating complex data into actionable insights. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decisionmaking, improving financial performance, and partnering closely with business leaders.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and analyze monthly financial results, trends, and key performance metrics across the full P&L (sales, AGM, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.).

  • Partner directly with Division Presidents and senior leaders to communicate results, key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

  • Review and analyze expenses and operating statements, including COGS, product costs, and overhead.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of internal financial statements prior to publication.

  • Lead preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and longrange plans, incorporating business assumptions and scenario analysis.

  • Perform ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and adhoc financial analysis to support pricing decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives.

  • Lead and facilitate monthly and quarterly financial reviews, as well as crossfunctional financial projects.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to Analysts, Associate Analysts, and Project Managers, helping elevate analytical rigor and financial acumen across the team.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

  • High school diploma

Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience.

Additional

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including PowerPivot, PowerQuery, pivot tables, financial modeling)

  • Experience with PowerBI and Fabric

  • Experience working with an ERP system - SAP experience is a plus.

Preferred Job Qualifications

  • Experience partnering with operations or commercial teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience supporting multiple divisions or product lines.

  • Prior experience leading or supporting executivelevel financial reviews.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$85,000.00 - $128,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
