Responsibilities:
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for accurate reporting and actionable insights by working closely with stakeholders from Sales, Strategy, Channel, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with Data Product Managers to translate business needs into an actionable roadmap.
  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery by defining requirements, establishing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and conducting code reviews.
  • Create technical designs and engage with enterprise architecture teams to ensure adherence to development standards and interoperability with various applications.
  • Design, develop, deliver and maintain flexible source of truth data models that can be used to power dashboards and other embedded data solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design data pipelines to power key data models.
  • Effectively articulate data insights and actions to all audiences including the C-suite.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.

What we're looking for:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 7 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 7 years of experience in:
  • Utilizing Snowflake SQL to query, blend, and model data for analysis;
  • Utilizing DBT in data modeling and transformation;
  • Utilizing Elementary to create data quality checks;
  • Utilizing Python (Pandas) in data analysis;
  • Utilizing Tableau to build enterprise BI reporting;
  • Performing SQL query optimization to reduce execution time and processing costs;
  • Performing advanced data analytics enabling data-driven quarterly business reviews and cost optimization;
  • Contributing to the design of data pipelines to track and report on utilization and effectiveness of solutions; and
  • Implementing enterprise data catalog to ensure documentation is available to business users.
  • Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$187,340.00
Maximum:
$228,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
