The program typically lasts 12-24 months and provides hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools. Analysts develop technical skills, gain exposure to various business functions, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in data analytics. This rotational structure allows participants to explore different areas before settling into a permanent role within the organization.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Data Analyst Rotational Program position, and why are they important?
